Same Day Shipping

 

We believe in getting our orders out the door as fast as possible. In stock items ship same day ordered. Common Carrier shipments may require special shipping/packaging and cannot be guaranteed to ship same-day. If you need a part immediately, please call us and we will work with you on the fastest shipping solution available.

 

Rush Shipping

When parts are needed on an urgent basis, we offer expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air, Early AM Delivery & 2 Day Air. Other options are available for most parts (typically items under 70lbs) per UPS shipping requirements. Please contact us to confirm part availability and shipping costs for rush orders.

 

Warranty


All products are warranted by Procure Inc. against manufacturer defect under normal use for one (1) year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. 

 

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of original ship date, but will be subject to 20% restocking fee. This does not include built to order, NC/NR, special order or non-stock products. All products must be returned in original packaging, uninstalled, in resalable condition & contain all product literature. Returns must be pre-authorized by Procure Inc. by either phone or email. A return authorization (RA) number must accompany all return goods. Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges of return goods. Product will be repaired, replaced, or credited based on the manufacturers determination of the defect.

 

Cancellation Policy

Procure Inc. reserves the right to impose factory cancellation and/or restocking charges as deemed by each manufacturer. This shall include all orders currently in progress, built to order, NC/NR, special order or non-stock products.

 

Damaged Product Policy

Product(s) damaged in transit require the receiving party to notify the carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, TNT, USPS, Motor Freight Lines etc.) and Procure Inc. immediately. Receiver must show “in writing” any package received damaged and file a claim within twenty four hours. Package should be left as was received in the event that a freight company representative is dispatched to inspect damage. After said inspection a claim number will be assigned. Claims and credits may take up to 90 days before resolved.
