Procure Inc. sells products that require professional installation. Purchaser(s) acknowledge that they are solely responsible to engage the services of trained professionals in the service and repair of these products. Purchaser(s) specifically hold Procure Inc. harmless for injury, property damage, or other losses associated with the use of items purchased from Procure Inc.
Warranty
All products are warranted by Procure Inc. against manufacturer defect under normal use for one (1) year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of original ship date, but will be subject to 20% restocking fee. This does not include built to order, NC/NR, special order or non-stock products. All products must be returned in original packaging, uninstalled, in resalable condition & contain all product literature. Returns must be pre-authorized by Procure Inc. by either phone or email. A return authorization (RA) number must accompany all return goods. Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges of return goods. Product will be repaired, replaced, or credited based on the manufacturers determination of the defect.
Damaged Product Policy
Product(s) damaged in transit require the receiving party to notify the carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, TNT, USPS, Motor Freight Lines etc.) and Procure Inc. immediately. Receiver must show “in writing” any package received damaged and file a claim within twenty four hours. Package should be left as was received in the event that a freight company representative is dispatched to inspect damage. After said inspection a claim number will be assigned. Claims and credits may take up to 90 days before resolved.
Address Correction
If UPS is unable to deliver any package because of an incorrect address, UPS will refer to the telephone directory and make every reasonable effort to secure the correct address. If the correct address is secured, UPS will make another attempt at delivery. An additional charge will be assessed for each address correction at customer expense.
All mis-shipments and short shipments must be reported within 24 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all parts and equipment upon delivery. Before signing the delivery receipt, make sure that all items on the bill are present, and if not, note it on the bill and have the driver sign the delivery slip attesting to the missing item(s).
Upon notification of a mis-shipment, Procure Inc. will immediately ship the correct product(s) to the customer at no charge. A shipping label will be sent for return of mis-shipped item(s) at the expense of Procure Inc. If the product was mis-shipped due to customer error, the customer shall assume all freight costs.
Mis-Ship Product Advance Replacement
Procure Inc. will advance replace all mis-shipped product(s) upon request at the original sale price. When returned merchandise is received, Procure Inc. will issue credit for the price of the product only (not the original shipping charges).
Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to Procure Inc. prior to product being shipped from our warehouse(s). Cancellation of built to order, special order and non-stock products is contingent upon various manufacturer policies. Such cancellations are subject to restocking charges. Procure Inc. reserves the right to decline such requests based on those policies. Please verify policies for specific item(s) with customer service.
All same day shipment orders must be cancelled by 3 pm EST or will be subject to a 20% restocking charge pending return approval by Procure Inc.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Procure Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Procure Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Procure Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Procure Inc. will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping Quotes
All freight & shipping quotes requested by Procure Inc. are approximate. Procure Inc. reserves the right to amend such charges after final shipment is complete, based on actual carrier rates.

Shipping & Delivery
Procure Inc. is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. All orders for in-stock products received before 4:30 pm EST ship the same day.
Procure Inc. ships UPS as our standard method of getting your products to you in a safe and effective manner. Please view the Time-in-Transit map shown below for UPS Ground Service.
UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes. The maximum weight limit per parcel shipped is 150 pounds to commercial addresses and 70 pounds to residential addresses. Remote, rural areas may receive deliveries later than those shown below. Procure Inc. is not responsible for tariffs, duties, customs, taxes, brokerage or handling fees associated with overseas & international shipments.
